OUR PROCESS

Bionics orthotics and prosthetics operates on a prescription-only basis.
Patients are called within two business days of receiving a prescription, or immediately for urgent cases, for an appointment and the authorization process, if necessary, is begun.
In-patient or emergency requests are taken care of the same day or as soon as possible after the initial request.
All patients are evaluated using standardized evaluation techniques prior to being casted or fit with an orthotic or prosthetic device.
All orthoses and prostheses require follow-up appointments that allow us to ensure that the fit continues to be excellent and that the patient is following the wear guidelines and is donning the device accurately.
